What I Offer

Classes are designed to help you slow down, build strength and reconnect with yourself, through rest and movement. Whether you are new to yoga or looking for a space to get on your mat my classes are a space to move with intention, take what you need and leave feeling more grounded and ready for what comes next.

Tuesday nights 7.10pm

At Worle Centre

A class designed to help you stretch, reset and unwind after a busy day or gym session. Expect simple effective movement to release tension, improve mobility and leave you feeling more relaxed and refreshed.

Wednesday Wind Down 8.15pm

In the Rose Room at Kewstoke Village Hall. Term time only.

A slow-paced, intentional class designed to help you unwind at the end of the day. Expect strong, steady movement, guided breathwork and extended rest to help you fully switch off and settle into your evening.
